One of my knowns(F,29) undergone breast health checkup - NIRMAI. i am bit worried after seeing the reports.

Is the patient have any increased risk like family history or any genetic factors ?
Why was a screening done for breast cancer at this age ? Any palpable lesion or any other difficulty? Is she having any symptoms?
As per studies , these reports are not considered as part of any standard screening guidelines and are not recommended to general population . This will only increase unnecessary anxiety.
