Nipple lump and pain

Asked for Male, 16 Years

I’ve been noticed that my right nipple got bigger since 2 weeks ago, and it turned red around the nipple last week and very painful when it touched with something or even rubbed with my clothes, I’m pretty sure it’s called Gynecomastia but I’ve also heard that it is not this painful so I’m a little worried, how Can I reduce this pain? Thanks
