I can feel pain in my right breast often,1year ago I did my USG of breasts and according to report it is fibroadenoma
But recently from the past4weeks I had noticed some red spot in my dress in breast area,is it be cancer?

Blood or red stained discharge can occur because of duct al ecstasia also, other than malignancy. Young age of 32 years does not rule out malignancy, but makes it less likely. Pain is mostly due to cyclical mastalgia which can occur in this age group due to hormonal changes. Fibroadenoma is usually a benign tumour. Bloody discharge from breast can be due to many reasons not only cancer. You need to do an ultrasound of breast.
