Nipple Discharge
I am a 37 year old woman, I have had non spontaneous breast discharge for 4 years now, only when the nipple is pressed very hard there is a mustard seed size white/cream colour discharge some days not daily , there is no breast lump , usg shows no lesion or calcification and serum prolactic is also in range ...what could be the cause of the discharge

You need to get a physical examination done. Also get your thyroid levels checked and an ultrasound of the breast.
