  4. Nil sperm in semen analysis. The reason!

Nil sperm in semen analysis
I have done test : scrotal sonography, FSH , LH , testosterone total , free , all blood reports , DNA Chromosomes test , all reports are normal and fit healthy But still my sperm is 0 Can you please let me know what is the reason

This is unexplained infertility according to modern according to ayurveda this is shand as ur age is 33 it can be cured with ayurvedic medicine prepared by me but the chances are 30 to 40%
