Nightfall, unable to do sex
It's about a friend (male) of mine. He informed me last month that after check up he is been told by doctor that he won't be able to do sex in future. But my friend said he does have sexual desires. Then now if we want a second opinion then what all test will be required to do and what are the symptoms of it if it is true and can it be cured?

Hello there...... Nightfall is the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen during sleep. This is generally caused by sexual arousal and orgasm from dreams. Night fall or nocturnal emission is completely normal for males during teenage and early adult years.
