I'm suffering from excessive nightfall from past 10 years. Because of nightfall I'm having trouble in sleeping which is affecting my health very badly.
Nightfall happens 4 to 5 times a week. My weight is constantly dropping & I'm feeling very weak also.
I do go to gym but because of nightfall I'm unable to get good sleep.
