Hi night grinding is usually directed by central nervous system . You need to get the actual problem identified . Getting a night guard alone may not be the solution. Visit a dentist and get yourself evaluated
The treatment plan for bruxism depends on the cause of night grinding, so a simple nightguard may not solve the issue. Once you consult a dentist, they will be able to diagnose what is the cause and make the appropriate treatment plan.
