Hi, my baby is 2 1/2 month. He is born premature at 36 weeks (2400 gms). He now weighs 4100 gms. He has undecended testis of right side. Pediatric surgeon has suggested surgery at 9 months. Please guide how safe is the surgery and what could be the complications. Are there any other alternatives to surgery, as I am scared and not comfortable with surgery.

Dont worry about surgery...mostly there is no complication in doing it and its safe...
If u wont go for surgery then ur kid's undescended testis will be atrophied and wont work...
Next Steps
so go for surgery and keep faith in pediatric surgeon...
