Newborn undecended testis of right side
Hi, my baby is 2 1/2 month. He is born premature at 36 weeks (2400 gms). He now weighs 4100 gms. He has undecended testis of right side. Pediatric surgeon has suggested surgery at 9 months. Please guide how safe is the surgery and what could be the complications. Are there any other alternatives to surgery, as I am scared and not comfortable with surgery.

Dont worry about surgery...mostly there is no complication in doing it and its safe... If u wont go for surgery then ur kid's undescended testis will be atrophied and wont work...
Next Steps
so go for surgery and keep faith in pediatric surgeon...

Hi, Surgery is safe, nothing to worry. If undecended testis is not removed there can be dangerous complications later.
Next Steps
So, surgery is the only option
