There are multiple reasons for a baby turning blue after birth- varying from breathing/respiratory causes due to lung or airway problem , cardiac/heart related causes ( usually not to quickly after birth), seizures/fits( again due to various causes like blood sugar related problem or infection/sepsis). It would be best to speak to your babies doctor to understand what their analysis is post review of case and physical examination
