Hi
The condition is called as PERICORONITIS.
Its a painful clinical situation associated with erupting wisdom tooth. ..It is quite common occurrence. Get X ray done for the concened tooth. Start with warm water and salt gargles. Visit to nearby oral and maxillofacial surgeon MDS . Take care.

Nothing to worry , your 3rd molar is erupting, hence adjacent teeth will be feeling pressure , some times the mucosa on the tooth will be infected and hence there is a pain , we need to plan the treatment after we see the X ray . Kindly visit your nearby oral and maxillofacial surgeon so that he diagnoses the cause and treat accordingly
