Hi there! Happy to help. In such a scenario, I always advise my patients to give it a whole month for adjusting to the new spectacles. Patience is key. Your eyes will adapt. If the headaches at still present, have your spectacle prescription rechecked again.
Next Steps
Be patient and wear the glasses consistently during this time, contact lenses are also a great option!

This is quite common with new glasses, especially in high plus power. Your old glasses were likely undercorrected, so your eyes had adapted to that. With the new correct number, your eyes need time to adjust, particularly for computer work where accommodation and convergence demand is different. That’s why you’re getting headache despite clear vision. I would advise: Give it 1–2 weeks for adaptation. If symptoms persist, recheck power, axis and PD You may benefit from separate computer/office glasses Contact lenses can also help ICL is not the solution for this type of headache and should not be considered at this stage
