For 4 days baby the value is absolutely normal. Nothing to worry about.

maintain proper feeding. feed the child properly and look for urination. if the child passes urine 5-7 times a day then it is adequate feeding. decreased urination and feeding can cause jaundice in newborns.

sunlight which we give ideally has no role for jaundice. in your case also sunlight will not help.
The unit matters. If you mean 118 micromols jaundice, then it's totally fine. Nothing to do. If you mean 11.8 mg/dl, then also it's okay. Nothing to do. It's not right to give too much sunrays also.
Hi. I assume value is 11.8. Many parameters we take into acvount. Usually 11.8 is normal at this age. For detailed history better get a video consultation
