  4. New born not breastfeeding. Baby cries?

New born not breastfeeding
My sister got normal delivered baby boy three days ago. Baby is not breastfeeding his crying a lot if he close to nipples and taking cow milk if we spoon it. What are the reason for it and how we can rid it. Is this normal if baby cries ?? Looking forward for suggestions
