Never been pregnant
I have been married for 9 years now and my husband and I have been trying to have a baby. We tried working up in 2011 but need to stop for awhile due to our financial constraints and job difficulties. We only continued our work up this year with the same OBGyne doctor. I am finished with my 2nd cycle of taking clomid for 5 days (4tabs/day). I had one IUI but did not result into a pregnancy. Only my right fallopian tube is open but both my left and right ovaries are normal. My husband's sperm count and motility is not that good but it has shown improvement after taking clomid for 3 months. What other options do we have to give us a chance to get pregnant aside from IVF?

It would be better if you shared husband report. Also at 40 year of age the egg quality goes down. Do an AMH test for yourself and share the report
