To properly evaluate the patient, imaging of brain and spine with clinical correlation is required. With such symptoms , blood investigations will not reveal much. Kindly consult a neurosurgeon or neurologist for further evaluation. also the kidney function seems to be derranged, kindly consult a nephrologist also.
