Nervous issues (not perfectly sure)
I have few symptoms and not sure whether all are related or not. My symptoms are, -> twitching, muscle weakness, head ache (near the ear region), excessive sweating, shortness of breath, dizziness(very low), numbness(low),climatic changes affects body(fever,digestion issues) i am currently taking homeopathy for normal health. i am just worried about my weakness in nerves. would be happy if you can help

Dear friend, Please evaluate thoroughly by further investigations and need proper clinical evaluation. You are too young. Please ask your parents to consult for you a physician and an endocrinologist and if so then neurologist too.
