Hello, Main aapki problem aur darr samajh sakta hoon, especially aapki age sirf 18 saal hai. Please is message ko shanti se aur poora padhiye. Aapka brain CT scan sirf 2 baar hua hai, aur dono ke beech lagbhag 10 saal ka gap hai. Simple shabdon me samjhiye: • Ek brain CT scan me radiation bahut kam hoti hai. • 10 saal me sirf 2 CT scan hona dangerous bilkul nahi hota. • Is level ki radiation se DNA permanently damage nahi hota. Hamare body ke andar natural DNA repair system hota hai, jo agar kabhi microscopic level par koi effect ho bhi jaye to khud hi hours ya kuch din me repair kar deta hai. Aapka DNA damage nahi hua hai. Koi permanent mutation nahi hua hai. Isliye DNA mutation check karne ke liye koi test recommend nahi hota, kyunki medical science me iski zarurat hi nahi padti. Aapka brain bilkul theek hai. Aap bahut young ho. Aapki life bilkul normal rahegi. Please bar-bar internet par search na karein — isse anxiety aur badhti hai.
Next Steps
Main sincerely suggest karunga ki aap mujhse ek proper consultation lein, jisme main: • aapka radiation ka darr poori tarah clear karunga • har doubt simple language me samjhaunga • bataunga kaise ye negative thoughts dheere-dheere band honge • aapko normal padhai aur life me wapas laane me help karunga Aapko cancer nahi hai. Aapko brain damage nahi hai. Aapko DNA mutation nahi hai. Sirf sahi guidance aur proper counselling ki zarurat hai — aur wo bilkul possible hai. Aap safe ho.
Health Tips
Agar radiation se sach me koi problem hoti, to uske symptoms baar-baar darr aane ya thoughts ghoomne jaise nahi hote. Jo aap feel kar rahe ho — baar baar thought aana, padhai me mann na lagna, dimag hamesha alert rehna — yeh radiation ki problem nahi, balki health anxiety / fear disorder ka sign hai. Yeh problem kaafi intelligent aur sensitive students me hoti hai. Isme: • Google karne se darr badhta hai • baar baar reassurance chahiye hoti hai • dimaag rest nahi karta Achhi baat yeh hai ki yeh poori tarah treatable hai.

• 2 brain CT scans do NOT cause brain cancer or tumor • Radiation dose from CT is very low and safe • DNA damage does NOT occur at this dose; body repairs itself • No medical test is needed to check DNA mutation • Your symptoms are due to health anxiety / intrusive thoughts, not brain disease • Anxiety can cause poor concentration, fear, and alert brain feeling • Psychiatric medicines take 4–6 weeks to work fully • CBT therapy is very important along with medicine • Stop repeated Googling and reassurance-seeking •

Main samajh sakti hoon aapka dar. 2 baar brain CT scan se cancer ya DNA damage ho jana practically nahi hota. Is level ki radiation se body repair kar leti hai. Jo thoughts baar-baar aa rahe hain, focus na hona, padhai me problem — yeh radiation effect nahi, anxiety / health anxiety (OCD type thinking) lag rahi hai.
Psychiatrist ke saath regular follow-up rakhiye; medicines ko time lagta hai kaam karne me. CBT / counselling shuru karna zyada important hoga than tests.
Health Tips
Google ya baar-baar scan ke baare me sochna symptoms badhata hai. Aapka brain ya body permanently damage nahi hui hai.

Ek CT scan se milne wala radiation lagbhag 2 mSv hota hai, jise surakshit mana jaata hai. Yeh cancer nahi karta. Aapka sharir apne aap hone wale chhote DNA badlavon ki marammat kar leta hai. Aapko khud ko reassure karna chahiye aur counselling karani chahiye taaki chinta kam ho sake.

Next Steps
