Negative test report

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I had my dates on 24 June and still didn't get next one. Did 2 home pregnancy test but both came negative. What to expect. Also I had abortion and d&c this may at 11 weeks because of hydrops. Please suggest if this situation is safe.
