Physical contact on 29 October. Took 2 ipills by mistake. 7 November Brown discharge.
Periods from 2 -7 December.
Spotting on 19 December.

Bleeding on 4 January one day spotting.
Back pain and mild periods cramps from 6 January.

Yes the test is to be repeated 3 weeks after the last intercourse. It is difficult to predict the date of your menstrual cycle due the pills you have taken

Yes you need to repeat the test
Since you have taken several emergency pills you have played havoc with your menstrual cycle
It is impossible to predict which date is your periods and which date is a side effect of the emergency pill called withdrawal bleed
