Needs second opinion on jaundice beginni
Hi , my daughter, 16 yr old had stomach ache yesterday with slight nausea , as per doctor she
Ha jaundice beginning, today evening when we recd report her bilirubin total is 1.26, D.bilirubin 0.69, alkaline phosphatase is 123.60
She has been recommended tab O2, domstal,drotinM (all for 3 days) and udiliv 300 twice daily for 10 days.
Just need second opinion on the same.

The complete liver function tests (LFT) include liver enzymes SGPT, SGOT which accurately reflects level of liver inflammation (secondary to infection, toxins, etc): also Alkaline Phosphatase reflects extent of obstruction to bile flow.
In your query, liver enzymes are omitted: but the other results are within normal limits.
