have you done a urine pregnancy test?
Wait for your next periods to come. If they do not come then do a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy. If the result is positive then consult a gynecologist and she will prescribe you medications to induce your periods.

So are you bleeding or not?
If your bleeding and your concern is that you are not bleeding heavily, then i want to know when did you take the tablets and who prescribed you these medicines?
