Needle pinching sensation lack of focus
I have low vitamin b12, calcium and vitamin d deficiency. I went to a physiotherapist for knee and heel. She told me low vitamin b12 might be affection my nerves. At times I get feeling of needle pinching in my fingers, hands and legs. In addition I feel lack of focus and feel irritated. Also at times I feel something is pressing or squeezing my head. I did had minor cervical related issues for which I did physiotherapy. I work in software development, so apart from work I need to study and learn new technologies. This I am unable to do because of my health issue. Please suggest doctor.
