I got needle stick injuiry on Friday the needle that i filled with promastigotes for infecting animal so now I am worried I had consulted doctor already he suggested me test rk 39 antigen and if result is negative then what to do I have to do course of medicine or not or just I want info for needle stick injuiry of visceral Leishmania causing agent
