Need to wear glasses or not?

I am having a power of -.25 in left eye and +.25 in right eye . Should I need to wear glasses? If I don't wear it will it worsen with tym or its okk to skip them?

Pl have retinoscopy with dilation. It is better to use the glasses if you have symptoms.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
