Need to pre pone periods
My usual date is 29th. Currently m taking met pco care tab.i will be hiking starting from 28th so I need to pre pone my period dates.please suggest medicine and if any side effects. And if I have taken ipills already ,do I need to take any more tab?

Ipills are emergency contraceptive pills. Have you taken 21 day medicine. Now since you have taken this we can't add any other medicine to prepone cycle

With ipill you should not take any other medicine.Because altogether these medicines causes hormones imbalance and irregular period. If you have already taken ipill then wait for menstruation.In this condition postpone the period instead of prepone.
