Need to know my pelvic scan result
Uterus: Anverted, normal size, measures; 7.5*6.0*4.1cms. Myometrial echoes appear normal endometrium measures: 10.1mm. Adnexa normal.
Ovaries: Both ovaries appear polycystic
Right ovary measures: 3.5*2.1*2.8cm volume: 10.8cc
Left ovary: 3.3*2.5*2.7cm volume: 11.6cc
POD: No free fluid seen
Impression: Bilateral polycystic ovaries.
Please advise should I really need to worry about ?
