I have a irregular periods for more than 2 yrs. On 2016 got married. I would like to concive now. I consulted with a doctor. Doctor said my tyirod level is low. And I have a PCOD. Now doctor doing a follicular study. Today am 11th day. She wrote right ovary is MSF and left ovary is 1.79*1.3 and endometrium thickness is 7mm.
Is everything is okay in mine??? What I need to do to get concive soon.
Any diet I need to take. Now my weight is 60 and 26yrs old.
