Need to control sex desire

Hi Me and my not having intercourse since a long time may be around 6 to 8 months . I control myself for not doing this just not hurt her feeling or try to do so . Could you please tell me how can completely stop this as my inclination is increasing day by day and make very angry . I never showed this anger to her but internally I feel very very discomfortable and not able to pay attention to anything. I need to stop it completely as I know she will not get ready by any means .
