Need to consult a vet regarding a wound.

Asked for Female, 8 Years

My female Labrador girl Suzie, whom we adopted almost two years ago has developed some kind of a wound maybe, on her right leg. I don't know what it is. I've cleaned it with Betadine, applied some and left on the spot too, but it has increased in size. Do you think it's some kind of fungal infection? I have 2 more furry babies, an eight and a half years lab girl and an 8 months old rescued mongrel female. Are they at risk? Please suggest if I can use Kiskin. Or else what would be the best course of action to treat Suzie. Thanks.
