Hello there, ear wax cleaning is not required routinely. If your child has ear pain or any discharge or hearing difficulty Then you should visit ENT specialist, otherwise no issues

Don't clean and don't put buds and any sharp pin in the ear canal. If you feel like a hearing issue, earache and redness, discharge then consult an ENT specialist.
Next Steps
you may put soliwax ear drop two drops three times a day for 6 days.
Health Tips
if a child complains for an altered taste, cough after putting ear drop them don't put. it may be eardrum hole.

Hello You need not clean ear wax routinely for anyone. Our body had its own mechanisms to clean it unless it becomes hard wax leading to hearing loss. You can consult a pediatrician for the same if u feel your son's ears are blocked with wax or if he is complaining of ear ache

use Soliwax drops 2 drops TDS for a week it will make the wax soft if it's hard

Hello You don't need to clean the ear Ear has its own mechanism to clean itself Suppose if you put anything like Ear bud in ear  your creating a infection in the ear ok If at all if you think there is so much earlier wax you can get clear by ENT doctor
