Need surgery near lips
Surgery done near jaws due to cancer.lips got cut so mouth is not closing properly due to that not able to drink anything through mouth and liquid taking through nose pipe. Any suggestions for surgery required near lips so that gaps can be fulfilled. Pics attached. Plz suggest

Drooling of saliva is common with oral malignancy surgeries... can be corrected later after your current treatment is over..facial massage and manual lip closure(frequent) will help a bit. Corrective surgeries are available for drooling
