There could be Sciatic compression in the Lumbar or Sacral area, but need to be diagnosed well if this is a skeletal or Muscular compression.

Health Tips
Gluteal, Calf and Hamstring Stretches can help but always better to get diagnosed before starting it.

I think  there is nerve compression.. Sciatica pain  or radiculopathy. U have to avoid jerks... Avoid heavy weight s. See when pain increase s on front bending or  back bending . If on  front bending pain increases-do back extension exercises If on back bending pain increases - do back flexion exercises .
Next Steps
1. Take deep heating at back for atleast 30 min twice daily for a week 2. Do exercises as prescribed 5 times with 5 sec hold.
Health Tips
if any issue contact me personally on phone.

This is because of the nerve impingement. It occurs due to some jerk or heavy lifting. You must consult a physiotherapist regarding this.
Next Steps
You can apply hot water fomentation at the back. Some SPINAL EXTENSION EXERCISES can be done as the pain subsides.
Health Tips
Avoid prolonged sitting activities. Avoid travelling. Take rest as much as you can.
