You need to get yourself assessed from a physiotherapist. U present symptoms like sciatica pain but what is the cause , it has to be diagnosed by clinical examination. To know more on this you can read my article available in practo in health feeds on sciatica.
Next Steps
you need to visit physiotherapist and may require xray
Your pain could be due to disc lesion. How long do you have this pain?
You should avoid lifting heavy objects.
You should avoid prolonged bending activities.
You should avoid prolonged sitting or standing.
Next Steps
You should consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist in person or through online for complete assessment and treatment.
I think there is nerve compression.. Sciatica pain or radiculopathy. U have to avoid jerks...
Avoid heavy weight s. See when pain increase s on front bending or back bending .
If on front bending pain increases-do back extension exercises
If on back bending pain increases - do back flexion exercises .
Next Steps
1. Take deep heating at back for atleast 30 min twice daily for a week
2. Do exercises as prescribed 5 times with 5 sec hold.
This could be sciatica oain
starting from buttocks radiates to leg.
visit nearest physiotherapy centre and take electro therapy for 10 days.
After reducing of pain ask for stretching and strengthening exercises.
Everything will be normal.
If pain is severe as of now take Zerodol SP tablet.
All I can say is immediately visit a physio before things get worse. To my expertise online physio consults and exercise prescription gets things worse so go to a physio and consult him/her in person and get ur issues sorted out. Best of luck
