Hi Doctor I'm 32 years old woman having 3yrs old kid, I'm having heavy menstrual period every month which is stopped after taking Trapic 650mg for one week so went to local gynecologist she asked me to take pelvic scan. I took it today please find the attached report in that they mentioned echogenic polyp measuring 22.7*16.7 mm seen within the anterior endometrial cavity.
Can you please let me know whether it is a big problem or a normal one? Pls help me with your suggestion
