Hi doctor,my son is 9 months 13 days old. He got cold and cough. I have kofarest pd for cough and Allegra for cold. I am in confusion that whether the prescription is right or not. Because I forgot which medicine is for what. Is it right?

If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever if required.
If accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
