Also " Right ovary measures 30x26x26mm volume 11.25cc. AFC 10-12 (3.5mm) Left ovary measures 24x26x26mm volume 7.39cc" AFC 15-20 (3.5mm) diagnosis was done on 2nd day of her periods, she has PCOS. Is everything alright?

Ultrasound has to be evaluated with other symptoms and tests to reach a diagnosis of PCOS. You should consult your wife’s gynaecologist for that.
