My grandmother fell down few days ago due to drowsiness. We went to nearest hospital and doctor suggested to take MRI. And showed the result. He told the she has some white substance in the head. And it should be operated. Attached MRI report. Need some opinions. What the actual issue.

Report is suggestive of infective lesion likely an abscess..... It should be ideally tapped for culture sensitivity or excised if well developed wall is there
