Hello my friend,
it seems u r overly anxious about ur ability to have sex.. n when one's mind is full of anxiety n doubts and stress , it can't produce sufficient erection! And that is called psychogenic erectile dysfunction
If u have proper erection during masturbation that means ur body is absolutely fine!
Also, the penile skin is normally loose when it is not erect. It's not a disease.
