Hi, my son is 4 months 20 days old living in chennai. I need medical certificate to show in office to get leaves for 6 months. Medical certificate can be like " breast feeding to be given to baby for next 6 months like tat...." kindly let me know the procedure to get for it and also fees to get it

Madam, doctors practicing tele-consultation can not give a Medical Certificate unless they see the patient in person and ensure that this is the same person who was getting Tele-consultation.
