Need lil nutrition education
Hi Doctor, I am 26 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes. My fasting blood sugar has always been under 90, but after meal tends to be increasing. I am on glycomet500. Just wanted to know should I delete milk from my diet list and replace with ragi malt? I don't know whether ragi malt is safe during pregnancy or not. Thank you.

Ragi malt is good for pregnant women. Can take it. Its rich in iron and calcium. No need to avoid milk. Can continue both
