Typhilitis means  Amoebic infection. Which I feel can't be commented on ultrasound. Typhilitis  is pathological findings and not a radiological findings. Your father ideally require a CECT ABDOMEN WITH oral positive CONTRAST AND A SUBSEQUENT COLONOSCOPY TO SEE DIRECTLY INSIDE ILEOCAECAL JUNCTION. There may be a possibility of TUBERCULOSIS. Any how you have not provided the detail history ( complaints)of patient.
