Hi I am planning for baby and my wife is suffering from fever and cold from last two days and I have given Solvin,Alrid,Cinarest yesterday and her fever is fine but today afternoon I have her Calpol 650 mg after food and she is feeling vertigo please suggest preferred treatment.
