Back pain due to abdominal muscles weakness and start physiotherapy asap along with exercises to strengthen the weak abdominal muscles, and get an X ray done for the Ls spine and check your vitamin d 3 levels checked and serum calcium, uric acid level checked, get it treated along with proper suppliments
