Need confirmation when to do sugar test

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi, I am 16 week pregnant, recently diagnosed as pre diabetic person.. and even following diet chart too.. pls inform what is the best time to do sugar level check through Accu check after having meals... And when checking fasting it's within range of 82-85 mg/dl.. and after food it varies very day... Pls suggest what is the exact time to do check sugar levels after food.. as doctor suggested after 1 hr.
