Dear Doctor,
I am 41 years old unmarried male.
I am obese 107kg. I have Asthma, urticaria, GERD problems. Past 2 months I am taking deep breath and yawning a lot. Continuous speech I get shortness of breath.
I am having medicine for anxiety disorder from Psychiatrist for the past 50days.
Recently 2D Echocardiogram was taken on the advice of Cardiologist, since my ordinary Echocardiogram taken at reputed hospital had shown mild PAH trivial TR Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction.
This time 2 D Echocardiogram was taken by another Cardiologist.
He said everything is normal. Only Trivial TR. No PAH. No Diastolic dysfunction.
I noticed that the report states Right Atrial outflow tract is Abnormal. Turbulent flow present in systole.
What is this? Please clarify I am worried.
