Sorry to hear about your personal loss. Children should be taught to be independent as they grow to take care of themselves in every aspect with guidance. Children upto 6-7 years only require supervised bathing. Other medical issues you have to consult a pediatrician to resolve the issues.

At 13 years of age, it is appropriate to encourage your son to bathe independently and gradually take responsibility for his own personal hygiene. You can guide and supervise if needed, but privacy becomes increasingly important during puberty.
If the foreskin cannot be retracted at all and only the urinary opening is visible, he should be examined by a pediatrician/pediatric surgeon/urologist.
Health Tips
Genital hygiene:
• Wash the genital area daily with water during bathing.
• Avoid harsh soaps inside the foreskin.
• Change underwear daily.
• Teach him to wash and dry the area properly after sports and sweating.
Greetings
At age 13, you should gently step back from bathing your son to support his privacy and developing autonomy.
Instruct him to wash the area daily with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap during his regular shower routine.
The inability to pull back the foreskin at this age resembles physiological or early pathological phimosis.
A physician must evaluate him in person to determine if it will resolve naturally or requires a topical prescription.
Three alternative causes for this presentation include congenital adhesions, scarring from hidden irritation, or a tight preputial ring.
Three potential management routes are conservative monitoring, prescribed steroid creams, or surgical circumcision if necessary
Mam you should stop bathing your child now let him take care of himself from now on
About foreskin if the child is not complaining of any change in stream of urine and is passing urine normally and there is no complaint of any pain/ foul smelling discharge no need to worry
Sometimes foreskin doesnt retract but it is normal in most of the babies
During bagh told him to clean his own private parts ,teach him now how to clean ,if doubtful phimosis then show once physically to nearby pediatrician or pediatric y
Hello i can understand your concern , this is the appropriate age that your kid should bath independently and yes you should explain him in detail regarding the genital hygiene in order to prevent the infection..
Regarding the retraction of foreskin usually by the age of 7 year it is physiological phimosis but in your case if it doesn’t retract back then you better visit the urologist for further evaluation
Yes now he is grown up
You should leave alone to take bath let him take care of his own
Foreskin won't retract completely now at this age but don't worry as the age progress it will be alright
