Hello Sir, Thank you for writing this. I seriously think he should have been operated as soon as possible. However, now two months have lapsed, I would recommend to meet an Orthopaedic Surgeon as soon as possible. I'll highly recommend surgery for both fractures in order to achieve union and to preserve knee joint. Damage has already happened but we should try to preserve as much as we can. I hope it should help you. Thanks

Hi, this is Dr Mathur, orthopaedic surgeon at Apollo noida and fortis C doc Hospital, New Delhi.. With regards to your forearm fracture, it seems fracture will unite, however the fracture at the wrist is displaced and would need operative intervention. Similarly the fracture around the knee is also displaced and will need operative fixation for a good knee function. Feel free to contact me or visit me at my clinic in Noida for detailed discussion on operative fixation.

You are not treated well by primary doctor.intra-artivular fracture at wrist and knee almost always needs surgery and forearm fracture seems uniting but treating it in plaster causes much stiffness which might  u have. You need better management by intellectual orthopaedic surgeon.
Next Steps
operation
