Need advice on pregnancy

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I m on CD 23 and my cycle is 28-29 days usually. My nipples are very itchy and I feel so full after meals. Feels that I have put on weight again. Is these all are pregnancy symptoms? Can I do test tomorrow CD 24??? I m not able to cross these days. Days are moving slowwwwww. Pls advise...

Urine pregnancy test may not come positive as it's still early. You can do a ßhCG which is a blood test and will detect very early pregnancy as well
