Need Advice
My blood glucose in morning is 80-95 .through out day it remain 80-95..but after eating rice or roti it spikes to 200-210 range them start returning back to normal in with 3-4 hours. I hv lost 15 kg weight in 1 year and I feel frequent need of urination. My hb1c is 4.8 . Is this matter ofconcern. Wat precautions or test do I need and wat it signifies

If you are on any sugar medications, some of them from a family of diabetic medicines called SGLTR inhibitors, can cause weight loss, and frequent urination . Check with your doctor. However if you are not on any medications, Recheck your HbA1c.I have a feeling that it might be higher. Do a complete health check up to see what we might be missing
