Urine pregnancy test Faint line, BHCG 373.5 suggestive of very early pregnancy.
Repeat BHCG after every 48hrs:
Normal pregnancy : BHCG value doubles in 48 hours.
Ectpic pregnancy: BHCG value doesnt double in 48 hours.
Once u reach BHCG level above 4000, repeat scan.
Avoid susten or proluton injectable or any progesterone support until 2and scan as it is not sure whether It is Intrauterine pregnancy or Ectopic pregnancy.
See ur Gynecologist asap if u started bleeding, severe abdominal pain, Vertigo or any major issues.
Yes it is positive test with very early pregnancy
. If you have no pain pelvis it is not ectopic . Ectopic pregnancy always has painful . Intrauterine sac will be seen in transvaginal ultrasound only after B HCG is 1600/2000 and in trans abdominal ultrasound when BHCG is around 5000 (discriminatory zone)
